If you’re a Lamborghini enthusiast, the Lamborghini Museum is an absolute must-visit destination. But before you go, here’s some essential information every traveler should know, as outlined in this guide’s index:
Let’s dive in together!
The official Lamborghini Automobile Museum, also known as MUDETEC (Museum of Technologies) is in the heart of Sant’Agata Bolognese, a village located just 20 km from Modena and 25 km from Bologna.
The MUDETEC museum is the largest of two Lamborghini museums (the other is the Ferruccio Museum) and serves as the perfect starting point for your journey into Lamborghini’s wonderful world.
The MUDETEC museum offers a chronological journey through 62 years of innovation (it all started in 1963) that has placed Lamborghini at the pinnacle of automotive engineering.
Inside the museum you will dive into Lamborghini’s history and evolution, unveiling all the secrets behind its evolutionary designs through all the iconic Lamborghini models ever made.
Here’s our recommended list of must-see models inside the museum. Keep in mind that this list features just a few of our favorites—there’s so much more to explore once you’re inside!
Ground Floor: Heritage Collection
First Floor: Modern Marvels
Recently, the museum has introduced a simulator that replicates real-world driving dynamics, allowing fans to experience the thrill of driving a Lamborghini on a high-speed track.

Sant’Agata Bolognese is easily accessible by car, but parking at the Museum can be a bit tricky since there is no dedicated parking lot for visitors. The closest public parking is available in the Larghe industrial zone, about 140 meters away.
However, if you’re our client, you can enjoy the convenience of parking at our venue, strategically located right across from the Lamborghini Museum. Here you can relax with your family & friends, enjoy a freshly brewed espresso, have a lunch, or even drive a real Lamborghini. In the end of the article, we will tell you how.
– BY TRAIN:
Whether you are coming from Bologna Centrale or Modena, you need only take a train to San Giovanni in Persiceto (trains to San Giovanni in Persiceto are quite frequent). All train schedules and tickets are available on Trenitalia.
Once you arrive in San Giovanni in Persiceto, you can take a cab for a few euros and conveniently reach the Lamborghini factory and museum.
